Terms & Conditions — viptaka 98 User Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and viptaka 98 ("viptaka 98", " the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the viptaka 98 website located at https://viptaka-98.app and all associated services, products, games, and features available thereon.

By accessing the viptaka 98 platform, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the service, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the platform.

viptaka 98 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice. The most current version of the Agreement is always published at https://viptaka-98.app/terms-conditions. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

These Terms & Conditions are written and published in English. In the event of any ambiguity, the English-language version shall prevail. The Agreement is intended to be read by adult players in Bangladesh who access the platform for real-money gaming and sports betting in Bangladeshi Taka.

Interpretation

Throughout this Agreement, the following terms carry the definitions stated below:

• "Account" means a registered player account created on the viptaka 98 platform.
• "Balance" means the total real-money BDT funds held in your Account, not including any bonus funds that remain subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin value, or matched deposit bonus credited to your Account subject to specific wagering conditions.
• "Device" means any internet-capable device — smartphone, tablet, laptop, or desktop computer — used to access the platform.
• "Game" means any casino game, slot title, live dealer game, fishing game, crash game, or other gaming product available on the viptaka 98 platform.
• "Sports Bet" means any wager placed on a sporting event offered through the viptaka 98 sportsbook, including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other markets.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals are processed.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh and the sole currency used on the viptaka 98 platform.

To be eligible to register and use the viptaka 98 platform, you must meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the service:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a resident of or located in Bangladesh at the time of access.
• You are accessing the platform in your own name and for your personal entertainment only — not on behalf of any other person or entity.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, director, or close family member of an employee of viptaka 98 or any of its affiliated game studio or payment service partners.
• You have not previously had an account closed or terminated by viptaka 98 for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are acting voluntarily, have not been excluded from gambling at your own request, and are not subject to any court order or legal prohibition restricting your ability to enter into binding contracts.

viptaka 98 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and address from any player at any time. Acceptable documents include a national ID card, passport, or driving licence for identity and age verification, and a recent utility bill, bank statement, or mobile financial service (bKash / Nagad) transaction history for address confirmation. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable period will result in account suspension pending verification.

The 18+ age restriction applies universally across all product categories on the platform — casino games, slot titles, live dealer tables, Mines Gold, Gold Toad Fishing, cricket betting, and all other sports betting markets. There is no product on viptaka 98 that is accessible to persons under 18 under any circumstances.

To access the real-money features of the viptaka 98 platform — including deposits, wagering, and withdrawals — you must complete the account registration process at viptaka 98 Login. Registration is free of charge and requires the provision of accurate, current, and complete personal information.

Registration Requirements

During registration, you must provide the following information truthfully and accurately:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your official identity document.

• Your current residential address in Bangladesh (city/division is required).

Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account closure without the return of any deposited funds where fraud is established.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. viptaka 98 recommends that you:

• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on any other platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account security settings.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person, including family members.
• Log out of the platform after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Contact support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

viptaka 98 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access arises from your failure to keep your credentials confidential. All activity on your account — including bets placed and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility unless you can demonstrate that the activity was carried out without your knowledge or consent and you notified viptaka 98 promptly.

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the viptaka 98 platform. If viptaka 98 identifies that a player holds more than one account — whether registered under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or any combination thereof — viptaka 98 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any bets or winnings generated from those accounts, and retain any bonus funds applied to them.

Deposits

All deposits to your viptaka 98 account must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the source of funds belongs to another person — are strictly prohibited. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit set by the platform, although individual payment providers may impose their own transfer limits.

Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Mobile financial service (MFS) deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your account balance within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits typically settle within 15 to 45 minutes. Card deposits are usually instant, subject to your card issuer's processing times.

viptaka 98 does not charge processing fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees or charges, which are your responsibility. All deposits are denominated in BDT; no currency conversion is applied by the platform.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name — the same name as your viptaka 98 account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed by the viptaka 98 finance team during operational hours and are typically completed within 1 to 24 hours of the request being approved, depending on the payment method and the time of submission.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, you must complete the KYC verification process by providing a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of address. This is a mandatory step for all players and is not negotiable. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC is complete will be queued until verification is finalised.

viptaka 98 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for any withdrawal request where the amount is unusually large, where the account shows unusual activity, or where the payment is flagged by the platform's anti-fraud systems. Players will be notified by email if additional documentation is required.

Refused Transactions

viptaka 98 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction in the following circumstances: where fraud or money laundering is suspected; where the payment method does not match the account registration details; where KYC documentation has not been provided; where the account is under review or has been suspended; or where the transaction appears to be in breach of these Terms & Conditions. In all cases where a transaction is refused, viptaka 98 will notify the player by email with the reason for refusal.

viptaka 98 offers a range of promotional bonuses and incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail for that promotion.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to registered players who are 18 years of age or older and whose accounts are in good standing.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device — unless the specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus funds are credited to your account separately from your real-money balance. Where both real-money and bonus funds are available, the platform will apply real-money funds first unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in that promotion's individual terms.
• viptaka 98 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, change its terms, or cancel a player's eligibility for a bonus at any time, including where it suspects that a player is exploiting promotional mechanics in bad faith.

Wagering Contributions

Not all games contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements. As a general guide — subject to the specific terms of each promotion — slots typically contribute 100% of each stake toward the wagering requirement, while live casino games, table games, and sportsbook bets may contribute at a lower rate (often 10%–20%). The exact contribution rates for each product category are stated in the individual promotion's terms.

Promotional Abuse

Attempting to abuse promotional offers — including through the creation of multiple accounts, the use of bonus funds in a manner designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, coordinated betting patterns with other players, or any other strategy that viptaka 98 reasonably determines to constitute exploitation — is a breach of these Terms & Conditions. viptaka 98 reserves the right to void bets, cancel bonuses, and close accounts where promotional abuse is established.

Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on the viptaka 98 platform are subject to the specific rules of each sport and market as published in the platform's betting rules documentation. The following general principles apply to all sports bets:

• A bet is only confirmed once you receive a bet confirmation reference number. Bets that were not confirmed prior to a technical failure are not binding on viptaka 98.
• Pre-match bets are accepted until the published market closure time — typically a few minutes before the scheduled event start. Bets placed after market closure will be voided and stakes returned.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the platform's real-time odds feed. viptaka 98 reserves the right to suspend in-play betting on any market at any time without notice.
• In the event of an event being abandoned, postponed, or rescheduled, settlement rules depend on the specific sport and market. As a general rule, cricket matches abandoned due to weather are settled according to the Duckworth-Lewis method where applicable; otherwise, voided bets have stakes returned.
• Obvious pricing errors — where odds are manifestly incorrect due to a technical fault or human error — are not binding. viptaka 98 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds.

Casino Games

All casino games — including slot titles, live dealer tables, Mines Gold, Gold Toad Fishing, and any other gaming product — are governed by the rules of the individual game as implemented by the respective game studio. viptaka 98 acts as the platform operator and does not control the internal game mechanics, which are determined solely by the game provider's certified RNG software.

In the event of a game malfunction — including server disconnection during an active game round — viptaka 98 will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from its logs and settle the round fairly. Where reconstruction is not possible, the stake for the affected round will be returned to your account balance. Winnings generated during a verifiable malfunction that would not have been payable under normal game operation may be voided.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game, market, and product category. Current limits are displayed within the game interface or betting market at the time of placing a wager. viptaka 98 reserves the right to impose individual player stake limits where the platform determines that this is necessary for risk management purposes.

As a player on the viptaka 98 platform, you agree to use the service lawfully, honestly, and in good faith. You must not engage in any conduct that harms the platform, other players, the integrity of games or sports events, or the reputation of viptaka 98.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of this Agreement:

• Registering more than one account on the viptaka 98 platform.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Using the platform on behalf of another person or allowing another person to use your account.
• Attempting to access, interfere with, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform's software, infrastructure, or security systems.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any non-human means to place bets, interact with games, or exploit promotional offers.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of manipulation of a sporting event on which you have placed a bet through viptaka 98.
• Using the platform to launder money, process the proceeds of crime, or carry out any transaction that violates applicable Bangladeshi law.
• Engaging in coordinated bonus abuse with other players to generate guaranteed profit from promotional funds.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing viptaka 98 staff or other players through any communication channel.

Reporting Obligations

If you become aware of any suspicious activity on your account, any match-fixing or sporting integrity concern, or any technical vulnerability in the platform that could be exploited to gain an unfair advantage, you must report it to viptaka 98 promptly at [email protected]. Players who report genuine security vulnerabilities in good faith will not face account penalties as a result of the disclosure.

Suspension by viptaka 98

viptaka 98 reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• Your account is being used in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You have provided false information during registration or KYC.
• Suspicious financial activity, fraud, or money laundering is suspected.
• The account is subject to a legal hold or law enforcement inquiry.
• You have been identified as being under 18 years of age.
• You have opened a duplicate account in violation of the one-account policy.

During a suspension, you will not be able to place bets, deposit funds, or request withdrawals. viptaka 98 will notify you of the suspension and its reason by email as soon as is reasonably practicable, subject to any legal constraints on disclosure.

Closure by viptaka 98

Where a breach of these Terms & Conditions is established following investigation, viptaka 98 may permanently close your account. In cases of confirmed fraud, money laundering, or exploitation of the platform, viptaka 98 reserves the right to retain any balance in the account as partial compensation for losses caused. In all other cases of account closure not arising from fraud, the real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

Voluntary Closure by the Player

You may close your viptaka 98 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, viptaka 98 will process any pending withdrawal of your real-money balance within the standard processing timeframe and then close the account. Any unclaimed bonus funds at the time of closure will be forfeited.

Self-Exclusion

If you believe that gambling has become a problem for you, viptaka 98 strongly encourages you to use the self-exclusion feature available from your account dashboard.
